      Hub Knoxville has officially received Certificate of Occupancy, marking a major milestone in one of the largest student housing developments in the country. When we set out to build a full city block of student living at the steps of the University of Tennessee, we knew we had to get everything right—timing, scale, execution. And we did. Hub Knoxville spans nearly 2,000 beds across three towers and delivers more than 40,000 SF of amenity space, including Knoxville’s first rooftop pool, panoramic views of campus, and a resident experience shaped by hospitality at every touchpoint. Massive thanks to our partners at Schenk Realty Group, Juneau Construction Company, Kayne Anderson, Antunovich Associates and dwell design studio, llc for helping us reach this moment.       Our 640-bed student housing development on E. William Street has officially topped out, marking the completion of vertical construction and a major step forward in delivering best-in-class housing just two blocks from the University of Michigan. This 16-story community is designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s students with studio to six-bedroom units, elevated design, and amenity spaces that support both academic and social life. It’s a smart bet in a high-demand market, and one we’re proud to bring to life. Big thanks to our partners at TPG Angelo Gordon, TSB Capital Advisors, Power Construction, DCI Engineers, dwell design studio, llc, and to every crew member onsite.       Deal Closed. We’re expanding our footprint near Indiana University with Hub Bloomington Lincoln, a 461-unit, 1,492-bed community in partnership with Harrison Street. This marks one of our largest off-market assemblages to date, bringing together more than 20 parcels across nearly 7 acres. That gives us plenty of room to do what we do best: deliver a next-level living experience for students, complete with 34,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities (including a rooftop pool and basketball court). Construction is underway, and completion is set for Summer 2027. Thanks to our partners at QuadReal Property Group and TSB Capital Advisors on this closing, and Wells and Wells Construction and DLR Group on construction and design. We can’t wait to welcome Hoosiers home.

This marks another strategic addition to our portfolio in a market we know well. Columbia continues to see strong enrollment growth, competitive pre-leasing, and elevated demand for high-quality, high-touch student living.       Hub Knoxville is making history as the city’s largest student housing development ever. Three towers, nearly 600 units, and close to 2,000 beds. The community offers 23,000 square feet of interior amenities including a fitness center, sauna, cold plunge, steam room, study lounges, and a coffee shop plus a 19,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with a pool, basketball court, hot tub, grilling stations, and sweeping views. Add 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and Hub Knoxville becomes more than housing. It’s a walkable, mixed-use destination with brand-new apartments, standout amenities, and a vibrant mix of culture, community, and opportunity. Buildings 1 and 2 are fully leased and delivering this summer. Building 3 wraps in June 2026. And we’ve just broken ground on a fourth project—bringing another 800 beds to Knoxville in 2027.
