Two weeks have already flown by since we kicked off Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During this time, we embraced the pink theme throughout our offices and encouraged many employees to get screened. Today, we had the privilege of meeting Miri, a breast cancer survivor, who shared her inspiring journey as both a patient and a fighter during a global talk. This post serves as a friendly reminder for anyone who comes across it: get checked! Early detection can truly save lives.

“My first SKO was unforgettable. A speaker from The Exodus Road highlighted Cellebrite’s role in combating human trafficking and its profound impact. It was an eye-opening moment, revealing that this job is more than work- it’s an opportunity to make a real difference. To get to this point, I spent 17 years as an accountant and controller, eventually becoming a finance director. When I received an offer from Cellebrite to join their New Jersey office, it was a thrilling moment for someone living in Jersey and commuting to New York. This opportunity was a turning point, ending my long commutes and starting a new chapter in my career. Six months into finance, I discovered a passion for sales and business analysis, leading to an internal move that reshaped my career. As an advocate for self-development and with the support of a top manager, I embraced the change. For the past seven years as Director of Financial Analysis, I’ve optimized data to enhance decision-making, provided key reports essential to our global mission, and managed projects that simplify complex data. Thanks to this support, my second SKO honored me with a nomination for Best Performer—a milestone that filled me with immense pride. This recognition was an award and a testament to the impact of excellent mentoring, big dreams, and a supportive environment.

Caroline Shea comes from a family of police officers and has 13 years of experience with the Metropolitan Police Force. Over the past 6 months, she’s switched to the orange and black and joined our UK and Scandinavia sales team. We met her for 10 minutes to get to know one of our newest Investigations unit members. Here’s what she shared: Turning Point: “As a Metropolitan Police officer specializing in online child exploitation, I grew interested in Cellebrite’s products. With a tech background from Apple, the chance to join Cellebrite and support former colleagues on a global level—especially as a new mum—was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.” Expanding Horizons: “Since I started, I’ve had the opportunity to engage with various forces and agencies. Collaborating with colleagues from Australia, the US, Denmark, Sweden, and the UK has greatly broadened my perspective and significantly enriched my experience.” Workday Snapshot: “Throughout my day, I collaborate with investigation teams across the southern UK and Scandinavia. By exchanging insights and learning about their investigative methods, I help them effectively utilize Cellebrite's advanced tools to enhance their work.” Optimistic Closing Note: “I’ve always enjoyed making a difference as a police officer, and now I can do so globally, which is incredibly exciting. I’m looking forward to the adventures that lie ahead!"

It’s not just our products that can save lives. As Breast Cancer Awareness Month begins, we want to remind you that early detection leads to less intense treatment, fewer side effects, and a quicker return to daily life. This month, we have several activities planned, including an internal office campaign and a global lecture by a courageous breast cancer survivor who will share her story. If you see this post, please take a moment to schedule your appointment today.

As Kristy Glazebrook celebrates over two years with us, we took a moment to chat about her journey and what keeps her motivated: Everyday Job: “As a Sales Manager in Cellebrite Enterprise Solutions (Private Sector), I work with top law firms, service providers, and Fortune 100 companies across the Central and Southeastern regions. I assist with their e-discovery, litigation, and corporate investigation needs related to evidence or data needed from mobile devices, computers, and cloud apps.” Spiritual Fuel: “I’m driven by connecting with customers and learning about their experiences and needs. My goal is to make their jobs easier and build genuine relationships. I enjoy hearing about their lives, from weekend activities, their children and grandchildren, to their pets. Personal connections help build trust and keep it real.” The Turning Point: “I was genuinely surprised when I first received an offer from Cellebrite, knowing they were a top player in the industry. Initially, I declined the offer as I was content in my role at my previous company of 12 years. After giving it more thought, I accepted—and I’m really glad I did.” Life-Changing Experience: “Traveling to Jerusalem for the annual SKO was transformative. I returned with a fresh outlook, a sense of peace, and renewed purpose. It was truly a religious experience. One that I will never forget."

"At first glance, you might think we’re just another tech team on LinkedIn, but we’re anything but ordinary. We build products that help law enforcement worldwide put criminals behind bars. Hi, I’m Idan Yossef, the Team Lead and the guy in the white shirt in the middle, alongside Chani, Maxim, Yariv, Oren, Marom, Yuval, and Gal. To get here, I completed my software engineering degree and spent an additional 12 years becoming a full-stack expert with a passion for front-end development and JavaScript. Along with our fantastic colleague Leah, who isn’t in this photo, we bring over 100 years of combined experience to the table. We leverage this expertise to make the world a safer place. Each team member excels in their field and has earned my deepest trust and admiration over the past three years. This post is a great chance to thank them, not just for their exceptional work, which truly makes a difference and keeps communities safe and sound, but also for being great people who make my day better."

He started as a software tester and is now a developer and Scrum Master on the innovative Decoding as a Service (DaaS) team, working on a product that will be integrated into all Cellebrite products. Meet Tamir Cohen: Love Story: "Before I interviewed years ago, I had no idea Cellebrite existed. But it turns out that even back then, Cellebrite was a leader in its niche. Although we weren’t yet a publicly traded company, it didn’t stop us from becoming a well-known name among law enforcement agencies worldwide. When I discovered all this, I did everything I could to join, and fortunately, it worked out." How I Got This Far: "Everything fell into place for me. I began as a QA with a year of experience and, after two years of exploring coding, transitioned into development with the help of two fantastic mentors. Two years later, I joined a 'startup-like' team to develop a product from scratch. I seized the opportunity, and here I am today”. Between Coffee Runs: "I’ve been working with C#, React, and Node.js for two and a half years, enhancing Cellebrite’s products and taking them to the next level." Shoutout: "I’m thrilled to be part of a highly agile team that is always exploring new technologies. Our drive for innovation led us to receive outstanding feedback from two internal clients on the product we developed.״

Alex Alter recognized AI’s potential long before it was the norm. As an AI Architect with a decade of experience, he now uses his skills to enhance Cellebrite products and help law enforcement solve cases faster than ever. Here’s a look at his Cellebrite journey: Love Story: “A bit after my Aliyah, my boss from my previous workplace recommended that I go to Cellebrite, so I joined the CTO innovation team as an AI Engineer. I’ve been here for 7 years and have grown to AI Tech Lead and now AI architect.” Cellebrite 101 for Externals: “When people ask what I do, I joke that every detective needs a great sidekick. Sherlock Holmes had Dr. Watson, and Hercule Poirot had Captain Hastings. We build AI solutions that act as sidekicks for forensic investigators using Cellebrite products, enhancing their ability to solve cases.” AI current Adventure: “I wear many hats, but my main responsibilities revolve around designing and researching AI systems. Over the years, I’ve done everything from training models and building inference servers to creating complex AI systems that turn large amounts of raw forensic evidence into investigative insights. It’s been an invaluable experience.” Power Moments: “The best ones are when I hear success stories about how our models and algorithms help law enforcement disrupt human trafficking rings, convict child offenders, and more. It’s a feeling you can’t get from training models to optimize ad revenue :)”
