Washington, a distinguished 12-year Allegiant captain based in Provo, UT, shared valuable insights into the power of service and mentorship both within Allegiant and outside the company. He offered practical advice and guidance gathered from his personal experiences and professional journey, and he shared his commitment to making a difference through supporting initiatives like the Accelerate Pilot Pathway Program for collegiate aviators and his dedication to guiding new hires. We were definitely feeling the love at our Women in Aviation (WIA) network group’s recent Bunko Game Night as WIA members and guests bonded over laughter, friendly competition, and, of course, some serious dice rolling action! 🎲🎲 Events like these aren't just about having fun though (although that's definitely a big part of it). They're about strengthening team dynamics, fostering collaboration, and nurturing positive connections. We love seeing how moments like these can bring out the best in each of us and create lasting connections that transcend the workplace.
