Lousy. I was approached via LinkedIn with a clear copy-paste message. I had to wait for the recruiter for 5'. Then after a bit of chit-chat, it turned into a police interrogatory. Barely two sentences about the role or the company, Needless to say, once I was done I knew I wanted nothing to do with the company. To make it better, a few days after this I got the same copy-paste LinkedIn Inmail trying to recruit me again from the same person. I would recommend the company review their recruiting team and consider improving their process. It might be the best place to work however with this experience I wouldn't recommend it either. First impressions matter.

The most unprofessional experience I've ever seen. The recruiter communicated to me entirely over text messages, often texting me in the middle of the night asking if I could fly to a different city the next day or speak to someone minutes later. In all I spoke to 6 different people over 8 interview sessions - a couple of whom seemed great but the rest disorganized at best. The CTO was a friendly and down-to-earth person, then I spoke to the CEO who is an absolute caricature of a corporate leader. He talked about himself and his incredible vision and executive skills, and then with five minutes left in the call said, "Impress me." Several weeks later I got a generic email with several typos saying they weren't moving forward.
