Avantages
- international team - remote friendly - Salary on the higher end of the market - Nice offices in various countries - stable business with lots of users - Lots of freedom as an engineer and ability to contribute to the product vision
Inconvénients
- High level of stress - Lack of vision for the future (company trying to go in all directions at once) - Management in the US thinking poorly about Europeans employees (or at least it looks like it) - Meetings around different zones means too many late meetings.
