The hiring process was a joke. I responded back to the recruiter with my interview availability. I was very clear and gave specific dates and times. The recruiter proceeded to schedule the interview during an unavailable time. The interview was then rescheduled. That time came for the interview, the recruiter did not bother to show or respond to my follow up email. I have read numerous accounts of terrible interview experiences. iHerb, your recruiters lack the integrity needed to truly seek the talent to develop your company.
