I have applied, they called me and conducted a phone interview, then i was called into one-on-one interveiw where they asked me questions about the company, behavioural questions, and made me do an online quote for the customer

First you get a phone interview, then within 3 days they contact you by phone for a face to face interview, which is pretty much it, then you have to go through the background check and then you get an email with the offer if you do get it.

Entretien
A bit long but not horrible. All questions were situation based. There was also a computer test that assessed your ability in a call centre setting. Greated and given a tour. The process was clearly explained and the questions could be answered with made up situations if your quick on your feet and believable. They write everything as you answer and grade your response.
