This company was the only one to give me an interview with my large job gap. I had to do an Excel exercise first that might have helped, but I give them credit for giving me a chance. I really wish they would have asked me more about the exercise than what I felt were fairly generic or "forgettable experience" questions. It has been a couple years, so I didn't have any great stories.
