Applied online after a friend recommended me. First phone interview was pretty straightforward and easy. I was asked to try out a scenario where I'm cold calling someone to talk about Yelp premium. The person interviewing me coached me through every step and was very encouraging. Just needed to sound excited, competitive, and personable. Then comes the second interview, done via Skype because this position was in Ireland. Interviewed with three people during which I was asked various questions about my background, why I'm interested in Yelp to do some more sales scenarios.
