It started with a phone interview that only lasted 10 minutes, it was pretty easy. The manager asked me about my current role, why I wanted to get into sales, and why Yelp. Then I had a skype interview with 3 managers, there were typical questions like Talk about an experience where you failed and how you got through it. But then they each asked me role play questions where they were a business owner and I was a Yelp salesperson. They definitely just wanted to see if you could incorporate feedback.

Overall this was an incredible interview process. All participants were transparent and direct with their expectations. They want to make sure you understand the ins and outs of the job, but also want to know more about what "makes you tick". My recruiter followed up with me regularly and made sure I understood the next step of the process completely. Make sure you do your research on the company, prepare questions for every step of the interview process and ask questions to better understand the person interviewing you. Take notes during the role play with your feedback and remember it for the next person who interviews you. Implement what you learn and you'll get the job! Good Luck!

First phone call. 3 rounds of Skype interviews. Incorporated a lot of role play, and typical behavioral questions. Really incorporate their feedback when doing the role play. Keep a positive attitude and show perseverance.

Entretien
Very upfront phone interview with a recruiter then you set a date to come into the office. I met with two sales managers, they both asked me similar questions to gauge my personality and then we did role plays. They then gave me constructive feedback and had me implement it on the spot. Some more small talk ensued and then I was given a quick tour around the office and told I would receive a call if I was given an offer. That night my recruiter called me and extended an offer and I started a week later in the April 2016 class.
