Initial phone screen involving knowledge of material emailed to you. Sales role play situations on the phone. In person interview was strictly role plays with 3 different managers. After phone screen they invite you for an in person or Skype interview if you qualify and then after the in person interview they will decide whether to make you and offer or not in a week or so.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
