J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yelp (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2013
Entretien
I applied online and got an email from a recruiter a couple days later to set up a phone screening. The call was two days later and lasted about 15 minutes. Be prepared to know what Yelp is, why you want to work there, and what you will be selling. At the end of the phone call the recruiter was impressed and told me I was moving to the next round.
The following week I went in to the office and had 3 interviews with either sales managers or recruiters. Each interview was about 20 minutes and was fairly easy if you're prepared.
1st interview you will role play with a business owner and your goal is to set up an appointment to talk about yelp advertising.
2nd interview you will role play again, but this time you have the appointment and you are actually trying to sell the product. This is where you ask the owner questions to dig in on their needs and how yelp advertising will help them. Be sure to practice this part.
3rd interview you will role play again, but you will sell a product of your choice.
Besides the role play all the other questions were standard. (why sales, why yelp, going over your resume)
Got a call the next day asking to perform a background check and got a call two days later with a job offer. Entire hiring process took only 2 weeks or so.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
