Phone screen. In person interview beginning with a tour as well as a video with 3 scenarios an actual AE is facing during calls. Then following the group tour and presentation is an in person. Total process about an hour. Another phone screen. Final call with offer.

Panel interview with several people from the Department. The environment is more for someone immediately out of college not for a professional account executive with several years of experience. very noisy, kid like atmosphere I can't imagine actually getting work done
