There is a kickoff call and then 4 separate video interviews. Each interview has 2 interviewers. First stage is 2 interviews with other SAs and then if you get selected to move on the second stage the next 2 interviews are with managers. In all 4 interviews they ask the same set of questions so you’re just repeating yourself in every interview. Why do you need 4 interviews to ask the same questions?
Whole process took 6 weeks. Interviews were done in 3 weeks and it took 3 weeks to hear anything back. It ended with a rejection letter with the reasoning being they don’t believe my experience fit the role. It took 9 (1 recruiter and 8 interviewer) different people to apparently come to this conclusion. After the first 2 interviews I feel like this should’ve been evident as they asked the same set of question in every interview!

The first role I interviewed for, I had 5 stages - 2 calls with HR, 2 calls with 2 different directors and a panel interview where I was asked to give 2 presentations, 1 on an ESG solutions project I had delivered and 1 to present a proposal for an ESG solution - this a lot of work! After I presented, I was told I was not selected because a) I couldn't answer a question on the inner procedures of the company and b) if I were willing to show my previous work, I was a risk with their IP (I did not present anything that wasn't public knowledge). After this, I gave feedback to the company, how 5 stages was a bit much and the ask for so much work to be done (effectively giving my ideas for free) was questionable.
After this, Workiva asked me to interview for a different role, where they said my skill may be better suited - and that it would just be one 'final stage' as I had gone through many other interviews before - I was delighted at getting a second chance. However, when interviewing for this other role, they suggested, actually, a different role may be better - just one more final stage - and then this happened again, until I said 'no' because the process was taking up so much of my time and energy and I wasn't sure what extra information the company could possibly ask of me! I lost track how may roles I interviewed for!
I feel that Workiva made me a running joke, passing me from department to department with many of the 'roles' I had interviewed for, having not been planned out yet. I have been left feeling humiliated and embarrassed.
Each individual I met along the way seemed extremely kind and friendly - and I felt they were my kind of people and a team that I could have fit in with. But no offer materialized. The experience has left me questioning what the hell is wrong with me.

It was fairly straight forward. I had a 30 mins kick-off chat with the recruiter, followed by 2 scheduled 45 mins interviews with the team. Quite standard I would imagine.
