Applied via Workday, screening with a recruiter, interview with Hiring Manager, loop with 2 cross-functional leaders, final interview with the skip-level manager. The process took ~3 weeks. Throughout the process, the recruiter was quick to provide feedback & next steps. In the final stage, I had to reach out for a status update after being told I would hear back 1-2 days post-interview, and I reached out 1 week later. I made it to the final 3. Overall, it was a nice and smooth process. I did not receive any helpful or actional feedback at the end. Overall, good and smooth process & would definitely want to interview with the team again, but I wish I got more specific feedback especially at a Director level.

Fairly straight forward process as this is the initial stage to get to know each other and understanding the role, the expectations and the salary range. I guess this is screening processs only.
