Some basic testing, case study/role playing and behavioural interview. The initial testing was easy - just to filter uneducated people. Case study and role playing were fun. The hiring managers will act as angry customers and you have to deal with them in a professional manner. The last interview was tricky because they were looking for very specific answers and if you don’t say the words they are looking for, you fail.

3 Stage interview process. First call was general information about resume and the position, Second was a case study took 90 mins and the 3rd was a behavioral interview that was 90 mins.
