Recruiter reaches out and interviews the basic questions and making sure you understand what the position entails. Behavioral questions etc. Then round 2 is with your reporting manager and possibly other managers to help with the interview (Panel interview style).

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
