STAR Format questions ... Situation, Task, Action & Resolution is typically how WF conduct their interviews. Very easy as long as you listen and pay attention to what you're being asked. Make eye contact and don't contradict yourself. If you make a mistake, go along with it and sound as confident as possible. Try to ask at least 1-2 questions at the end of the interview.

For my the process was easy. First, I had a phone screening interview with the recruiter and then a second interview with two managers. They asked me about my experience in the banking industry.
