Process included a phone interview that I needed to dial into to connect with someone. This was one of the weirder interviews I've had and seemed rather impersonal. Overall I didn't decide to move forward with the process.

mostly behavioral questions " what would you do in this situation" type
or "tell me about a time that this happened and how did you handle it" type of questions
Plan on over an hour for the questions and interview process. Then another couple hours for background check paperwork. Overall a good interview process. Just lacks greatly in technology and internal change management processes.
