It was a two stage process with a phone interview that lead to an in person interview. They go over your background and your skills that have been applied in previous employers.

Phone Interview - typical interview questions, including situational (STAR Method) questions while learning more about the position. Lasted about 15 minutes with easy to average difficulty level. This is the first of two interviews.

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
