Initial phone screening where they ask you simple questions about your past work experiences; if you pass that then a group interview where they go around in the circle and ask each person the same interview question. If you get past both those interviews, you have a final interview with the branch manager.

Phone screen, In person interview. Interviewed with the Branch manager, most of the questions if not all were behavioral questions. Interviewed with one other person at the same time, each one of us taking turns asnwering the questions first.
