Really welcoming - nice experience. Had a CV review, case study task, analytical task, networking with employees, presentation and discussions with other applicants. Had refreshments throughout. The team were really nice and helpful - half were on zoom I went in person.

First round over the phone: Fit based questions to determine personality. 2nd round in person: More technical but still majority fit questions. Cocktail Hour and Superday: Reception the night before the superday to meet the team. Superday was 8+ 30 minute interviews and a case study. Godo mix of technical RE/finance questions and questions about past experience.
