After applying I was contacted by a third company person. They controlled all of the communications between Wells Fargo and myself. I thought this was very frustrating as they kept changing salaries, dates, and even job titles while I was trying to be flexible it just got too hard to keep up.

It was a phone call pretty quick and simple, asked about my availability and tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer. Tell me how you multitask and work with different computer screens.

Tell me about a time you dealt with an upset customer
easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.

I went through agency so they call you and set up a phone interview and the person that interviewed me is very helpful and guide me through the whole interview.
