Entretien
This was an internal job posting. There was an initial phone screening, followed by a 1-1 phone interview. The finalists were brought in for a face to face small group interview with the hiring manager and a project manager. They had a few work related scenarios and some general questions. It lasted about 45 minutes. Ultimately, salary was the most important factor in determining which candidate was selected. My salary requirements were too high.

Very complicated and they interviewed me even though they already knew who they were going to hire. Wasted my time. The interview was lengthy and they asked strange questions that were completely unrelated to the job

Entretien
Interview process is pretty standard. HR Screening call to vent your experience and qualifications againsts the job description. Next interview was a panel interview with other business system consultants to go further into your experience, and determine your qualifications by asking about your technical and business partner skills. Final interview was with the hiring manager, where hey discuss the main responsibilities of the role and discuss how you would engage with the team and business partners.
