Completed an online application, interviewed with 2 people on campus, then went to their downtown OKC office for an additional interview. Interviewed with 4 different people from upper-level management; the process took about 3 hours. Was one of three final candidates interviewing for a single position, so I know I was among the top qualified for the position and was at least close to their top candidate. Still, did not hear back from anyone at the firm. Disappointing, but I was less disappointed knowing I'd been passed over by individuals who lack the integrity to follow through and let me know someone else had accepted the position.

What is your biggest weakness? What is your second biggest weakness? Which financial statements are the most relevant to lenders and why?
Standard questions, behavioral and they are all from a bank of questions they don’t deviate from. Very rigid compared to past and you have to tell your own story because they won’t ask good questions.
ALP is the consultant for hiring to wells Fargo. They conduct 1st as group discussion. They who got selected will be having technical round & they asked about finance & accounting questions. It's a panal round.

followed by GD round
followed by 20-25 min in college campus online interview who was taking the interview from hyderabad
followed by HR interview in the college campus
