Smooth interview just be genuine and transparent on goals and what values you can add to the company. Wells Fargo is big on customer service so they’ll ask you plenty of scenario style questions, relating to the customer experience and how you will act.

I applied online and was invited for a group interview about a week later. The group interview had 16 people in it and they all had various backgrounds. I received a call from HR a few hours later for an interview with a location. The interview was 3 days later and when I got there, the guy thought my interview was moved and there was confusion for 20 minutes while he got everything straightened out. The other person that was supposed to interview me with him was 40 minutes late.
So in the interview when he FINALLY arrived, his cell phone went off, his car alarm which was right outside, and he kept making jokes. So not only were they unprofessional, but I sat there for 3 weeks only to be told I didn't get it even though I know a good bit about business and customer service because of the people that interviewed me. They also pay a little less than most banks.

A 30min interview lasted only half the time with interviewer sounding robotic reading from script. Lack of compassion and human side to it. Interviewer had attitude as if unhappy with the job.
