I got call from the recruitment HR that my profile has been shortlisted for the PeopleSoft HCM functional testing. Although I had worked on Oracle fusion HCM. In the interview, the interviewer was disappointed to know that my profile is not the perfect match. Yet I was able to impress them with the answers. Yet they seem to have with less interested as my profile was not exact 100% match. Although I could show them that I can learn the screen navigation easily. I never heard back from them.
