I completed an application. About two weeks later I received an email form a recruiter to schedule a telephone screening. I was screened for the position. the questions were easy. it took about 3 months for the system to update saying I didn't make it to the next step

I had a telephone interview and the STAR method was used in answering the questions. There were four people on the call, besides myself. I am waiting to hear back from them.
