Once they receive the resume, you get contacted for a phone interview, once you have completed this the next step is to take an online assessment that evaluate your skill and personality, then once you completed these then you have a background check, if you pass the background check you go to a panel interview, and finally about two weeks later you will hear back from them with the decision.

It was a group interview for with about 10-15 people. Asked basic behavioral questions. Most important thing is to smile and project when you speak. Bring a resume as always and dress professionally.
