Was contacted by the recruiter for a phone interview, then had a meeting with the hiring manager and another manager. Lasted around half an hour, The emphasis is definitely on long term relationship building with clients, as well as how you solved complex problems. It was clear they were looking for outcomes.

Phone interview conducted within a few days of being emailed for the interview. Person called promptly and was friendly. Applied for a position in the candler location but when they called the position was for another location.

Easy interview. Started with a screening and then an interview person interview with the district manager and branch manager. It went smooth and took about a month for the whole process. The recruiter did take a bit of time to get back to me.
