First stage was online tests - 2 questions that would be marked as medium on leetcode, Then there was a behavioural test with 15 questions - a situation and 4 solutions, each of which you should mark as 'more effective' or 'less effective'. At this point I failed and due to 'not fitting in the vibe of the company'.

What woudld you do if your colleague asks you for help, you have the workload of X, and your manager asks you to Y?

What do your parents do for work? Where do you live? Do you commute?
The interview was two rounds with a case study and a personal fit round. The interviewers were very friendly. The case study was an hour long and required some finance knowledge.
