The online coding assessment was on CodeSignal and not too difficult. Definitely study how to deal with different data structures using the coding language you choose. I found some of them pretty difficult but I didn't do any leet coding prior to taking it.

Not that bad. There is a general Codesignal and just one round of actual interviewing. It really depends on who is interviewing you, but it was 45 min of minor resume grilling with time for a technical question. There was a leetcode, but it was a super easy and took about 5 minutes. Not sure why it was included.
