TLDR: Avoid. HR will waste your time and outright lie to you.
I applied through referral for a senior DS position sometime in April. Applied only because my friends gave me glowing recommendations of Visa. More than qualified for this position.
Screening round: HR gave the typical 'oh your expected is a bit too high but we can work with it later' talk. Organized the first round with the director quickly.
First round with director: went really well, he seemed to like me alot. No issues here. Said to look out for the next round.
This is where the problems started. No followups from HR, despite attempts at asking. 3 weeks of silence later I got a rejection email saying position filled. Then one week later i get a call from HR saying "oh sorry that was a 'technical error' - are you still interested in this position?" and then said they will send a hackerrank test.
Which company sends the hackerrank AFTER the first round? And really? 'Technical error'? I would have appreciated honesty about them preferring someone else rather than this weak reason, then I could easily apply somewhere else. This was when I started to realize I was just being hamstrung along.
Aced the hackerrank test, got the 2nd round with another director, who seemed to be really bored and set on not understanding/misunderstanding my answers for some reason.
Again silence from HR for about 2 weeks, emailed them they said they are 'finishing interviews and will get feedback to you by end of the week' but that never happened.
Another week later I received an email saying 'Due to change in priorities we are no longer recruiting for this position'
All in all, very negative experience. To think Visas good reputation gets ruined by a terrible HR and recruiting system. Definitely will be telling my friends to avoid. Not as if there aren't better opportunities out there.

* The process steps are well organized and doesn’t feel overwhelming at all
* The recruiter - she was cold, nonchalant, and not responsive
* Big day interviews didn’t match the guides. ML ended being a business case study. And business case interview were not a case
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
* Technical interviews was an average complexity for both python and SQL
* The final interview was 4 sections:
1. Consulting: Quick and generic. Didn’t see how you can prepare beyond STAR stories of your past work on your resume.
2. Machine Learning: Was supposed to conceptual ML techniques questions but interviewer made it a case.
3. Business Case: Was supposed to be a case but it was just a discussion of my past experience.
4. Leadership: Typical behavior
