Process was quite fast. I applied through their website. HR contacted with me at the same or next day and scheduled phone interview with technical expert at the next day. I dislike interview process, it was similar to some "bodyshop" companies. Questions "how many years you work with *insert some Java technology here*? No questions about what I did with it. My english is far from native and interviewer had bad accent. I did not understand his questions and often asked to repeat it for 2 or 3 times. I think he also did not understand all my answers (he asked the same questions again). I expected higher level of interview from such famous and big company as Visa.
