      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Visa Inc. (Bengaluru) en mars 2019

      They first sent a hackerrank online test link a day before the F2F interview . When I asked them if I should take the test, they said I can take it on the day of the interview after going to the office. When I reached the office, there were a few people who were also present for the interview process, for multiple levels since that was a drive day. I did not have to wait for long since they have scheduled it reasonable well. The first person who interviewed me could not properly communicate. It was a hard time understanding his accent. My impression on Visa was destroyed after having a discussion with him. It was a technical discussion but I could not figure out what skill he was testing. It was not really an SDI round . Neither was it an OOD round. He was asking random questions related to ORM frameworks , some data manipulation etc. Since I could not understand his expectations and since he was expecting biased answers I did not do well. The second round was DS and algo round. I did reasonably well in that round. The person who interviewed was quite unprofessional though. The way he asked about my previous experiences was really poor. His interview questions were not bad but. I could do 90% of it . Since the communication skills of the panel was poor, and since it looked like they are biased, I have apprehensions on the quality of the employees who work there.

      Processo sem pé nem cabeça. Cheguei a fazer dois deles quase no mesmo mês, um para Tech Lead (3 etapas: RH, Técnico e Liderança), no fim me deram um baita ghosting, zero feedback, motivo, nada. Alguns dias depois me chamaram para outro processo de Staff Engineer, a mesma recrutadora que me deu ghosting e não respondeu minhas mensagens sobre o status do processo anterior e me disse que simplesmente mudaram a vaga para Senior Manager (o pessoal tá bem de carreer ladder viu rsrs), enfim aceitei seguir para Staff Engineer, ela me disse que nesse caso eu teria que fazer um projeto (basicamente arquitetura event driven processando eventos e salvando numa base) e entregar em cinco dias, depois teria mais duas etapas, que não deu nem tempo saber como são, pois fiz o projeto, extremamente bem estruturado, documentados, apontado trade-offs, etc. e novamente, ghosting. Não responde mensagem, não dá feedback, etc. Espero que ninguém aceite trabalhar num lugar desses com esse tipo de postura nada profissional.

      The interview process was good. HR was communicative and present throughout the process. I had an initial technical screening on codesignal, followed by panel discussion. All rounds were conducted in the evening or at night since the team was based out of US but wanted me to work in person in Bangalore. Finally got the positive feedback from the HR but they low balled me with Senior Software Engineer instead of Staff Software Engineer. Honestly disappointed in putting in a months time for the process and getting positive feedbacks only to be low balled by the hiring manager and HR as they had no basis point for their feedback.

      I had 4 rounds of interview. 1 online assessment, 2 technical and 1 hiring manager round which went well. However I received a rejected mail after a month long interview process and HR ghosted without proper intimation.
