Easy and direct, about a 3-week process. Started off with a phone call, then moved to a facetime call. Phone interview was short, so you need to make a good impression.

Knowledge about payments industry is tested. Should have a good know-how of digital solutions e.g. tokenization, APIs etc. Should have background in Financial services or banking or consulting or fintech

Entretien
2 45 minute interviews, first with the hiring manager second with 2 members of the team. First section of both interviews was going through CV, motivations and the role. Second section was more about competency questions, how you work with different groups of stakeholders.
