J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Visa Inc. en août 2018

A recruiter from VISA (not a third-party) reached out to me via common recruiting platform. I responded with interest. They asked me to send my resume via email. I did and asked for next steps. No response for 5 weeks, after at least 2-3 cordial follow-ups just to check-in.
Then, another message on LinkedIn (6 weeks after they initially reached out) asking if I could schedule a phone interview with them. I provided some dates/times and my phone #, as requested, and asked that they confirm time ASAP, so we could schedule accordingly. No response for a week. No acknowledgement, no follow-up. Radio silence.
This basically shows me that the company and/or the recruiting arm of VISA have no organization skills or courtesy for those they're recruiting. I wasn't even a cold-call recruit. They reached out to me. If they treat new candidates this way, how will they treat employees?
I'm a pretty forgiving person and realize recruiting is not easy on either end. However, after such a horrendous experience even in recruiting, I would not even consider applying or working at VISA again.

Great interview process! Recruiter reached out to me via e-mail, had a phone screen with him and then scheduled two separate phone calls with senior executives at the Innovation Center.
