There were in total three steps. First in-person interview for 30 mins, Second online test of 1.5 hours, Third phone interview with two more people from the team. Took me a little over a month to finish the whole process.

Based on these, if you get shortlisted, yoi have go to the Visa office and interact with women leaders at Visa and get to know about the opportunities they are offering.

first, I filled out the application and then we had 15-20-minute interview. the interviewer was kind and supported me during the interview. it went smoothly. sometimes i did not know how to answer a question and interviewer was okay to wait a little bit until i think about how to answer
