I interviewed with Visa in Dec 2017. I interviewed for New College grad position. The interview process was very unprofessional. I was initially contacted by a recruiter and I passed the initial coding test and phone interview. I was waiting for the response and after many followups, I did not hear back from the recruiter. I was then approached by some other recruiter and I had to give the initial coding test again. The hiring process in the company seems is not at all defined and coordinated. After talking to second recruiter, I reached the final onsite interview. The engineers who were scheduled to take the interview were not available even when they knew they had interview scheduled. The team manager was randomly requesting the team members to take the interview. The interviewers were not at all prepared which I personally feel really affected my selection process even though I was well prepared. I was pretty confident about selection as I was able to answer all of the questions but finally I got a rejection within one week. I feel that there was no feedback taken and they just send the reject since they dont even know who took the interview.

Had two technical interviews, back to back. Medium leet code problems. Not that hard. After received an email that they did not proceed with me, but had other manager internally interested in my profile
