This was the commercial card PMO. They had a thorough one face to face interview. It was friendly and conversational. A lot of questions around PMI methodology. Hiring manager, hiring manager's manager and 2 other project managers conducted the interview sequentially, not a group panel
Everyone was lovely, but long process. Talent acquisition team out of Singapore are hard to get hold of, you don’t get contact details which makes it hard to follow up.

Entretien
There were four interview rounds—peer, associated team, hiring manager, and senior director—each lasting about 30 minutes. The interviewers were punctual, patient, and friendly, making the process itself positive. However, it has been nearly a month with no follow-up from HR, which significantly impacted the overall experience due to the lack of closure.

Entretien
4 rounds of interviews, was expecting technical questions but were mainly behavioural. All panel members kept saying, 'We wish you join us' repeatedly but they rejected me. Recruiting HR never spoke with me on phone ever, just interacted through TA.
After 4 positive rounds, if they are rejecting a good candidate it means either they found someone internally, or settled for a candidate with lesser CTC expectations - I wish they could be upfront about it.
