Good process, very thorough and relevant questions asked pertinent to the role I was applying for. Used very good competency based questioning as well as 'getting to know you' type questions. Was interviewed by a group of people and then had two other interviews with senior leaders on a 1:2:1 basis. I understood I wasn't the perfect candidate but the majority decision ruled.
