Went through about 4 rounds and was told that they would like to offer me. But ghosted me despite me checking in with the talent acquisition team, kept changing the poc. Asked about my expectations throughout the 4 rounds and even before my first round was scheduled, for them to refuse to share their budget and never got to even seeing any sort of package. Potential boss was great but the entire talent acquisition Not so much

Interviews were great the only difficultly was coordinating with recruiters and schedulers who were often disorganized and took a long time to response. Offer didn't come until ~2 weeks after my final interview
