Interview process went fairly smoothly; recruiters were flexible and responsive during the process. However, waiting to hear back on results has been a nightmare - nearly two months of total silence from recruiters despite multiple outreach attempts does not reflect well on Visa as a company or its culture. I can understand that they are probably quite busy, but a simple status update would go a long way.
