Veolia was very thorough in their interview process. I had three interviews with leadership before they extended an offer. I shared my detailed relative experience regarding mergers and acquisitions. The interviewers also asked situational questions in the interview.

Four sets of interviews with recruiter, hiring manager and other managers in department. The first was a phone screen with the recruiter, then, an in person interview with the recruiter. Then, I interviewed with three managers in person - including the hiring manager.
