They ask you to rate your communication skills, how soon you want to start, and look at your ap for a minute or so. If they like you they keep you for a group interview which is about an hour. At the end you'll know if you got the job or not.
They don't really care about your background. Won't do any drug testing or anything like that so really no worries. Just dress nice, smile, and they'll hire you.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
