Entretien
It was a group interview that began with filling out an application and then went on to one on one interviews with the manager and then moved on to a big room with all the other applicants and just told us about the company and told us about the products they sell. They did a brief demo of the knives and then kind of tried to sell us the idea of coming on to the company as sales representatives.

Entretien
Very easy and simple questions and gives you information about the many ways of advancing with vector marketing. Work with your school schedule and offer the best job opportunity. They also talk about how long the company has been working for and talk about themselves so you can feel more comfortable about talking about yourself.

Entretien
First part of the interview is in group and has a duration of approximately half hour. Then the supervisor starts to call the applicants one by one and interview you alone. This is the longest part as most of the groups consist of 20+ people. Overall is almost 2.5 hrs.

Entretien
Over the phone, they're going to make it seem like you NEED to come in asap or else they'll fill the positions. In reality, they'll pretty much take anyone. the only people I've seen them turn away are people who don't appear to be from middle class / well-to-do families (they want people who's families will buy their products)
