I was referred and got an interview. It is a three part group interview process. When you first arrive they have you fill out some paperwork and then go in a room to have a small group interview. After that you sit through a demonstration of the knife selling process where they assess how you participate. Afterwards there will be an individual interview where I was hired on the spot.

Entretien
3 hour video of pictures of cutlery, and a manager explaining what you'd be doing. You will be door to door selling cutlery but first your family. You get 15 dollars per sale not per appointment. After the 3 hours you went into the interview room for about 15 to 30 mins one by one and if you don't like it you can always walk out
