Entretien
I had an interview at Vector about 3 years ago for a sales rep.. I filled out the application online and about 2 minutes later they called me & set up an interview for later that day. I researched the company and realized it was a scam, but went to the interview anyways, for the experience. I sat in a room with one other person, and the manager told me about the knives and the company. He asked me if I had a car, and how available I was. And then he hired me a receptionist and a rep. I turned down the rep job, and worked as a receptionist there for 3 years. I know so much about the company now, and wouldn't recommend it to anybody. You get paid ONLY if the customer is "qualified", and you won't get compensated for gas for traveling to these customers houses.
An initial phone interview, followed by an in office interview at the local compnay office. A paper application is completed on arrival. Then a brief interview to go over application and resume. Then advance to 2nd interview where the products are demonstrated. The sales opportunities and earning potentials are throughly discussed. Many opportunities to ask questions about the company.
After the product demonstrations you complete a questionare about the demonstration. Then there is a 2nd 1-0n-1 interview. The branch manager reviews your questionnaire and asks you further questions. There is another opportunity for you to ask questions.
I was offered the position.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

Entretien
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
