J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez VaynerMedia (New York, NY) en avr. 2014
Entretien
Very warm, human, funny, laid back, personal. Went through a few rounds with various people in different roles. All of these people have become very relevant to my day-to-day at Vayner, which I have really appreciated.

If you could run any brand on social media, what would it be and why?
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez VaynerMedia (New York, NY) en mars 2014
Entretien
I was recommended to VaynerMedia by two friends that work for the company.
First, I forwarded my resume to the friends and then submitted a resume via their online site. Within a few weeks I went to my first interview where I met 4 employees in a two part interview process [2 Micro-Content Producers & then a Creative Director & Account Executive].
A week later I interviewed with a Core Creative member. Questions centered around creative process, social media experience and personal interests.
I was offered a job a few days later.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez VaynerMedia (San Francisco, CA) en oct. 2013
Entretien
This was one of the most enjoyable interview processes I have witnessed. HR reached out via email quickly to coordinate times for Skype interviews (since I was a remote candidate). I met with 4 members of the SF office for the first round - all of whom were outgoing and easy to talk to. Next, I Skyped with the VP of Product. I spoke with each person for about 30 minutes about my previous experiences, my interests outside of work, and the digital/social landscape. Lastly, the Director of Recruitment reached out to discuss logistical items. The process in total took about a week and a half.
