I applied online and I immediately had to do an online interview that records your answers. It was very weird and uncomfortable, although you get the time to think of an answer it was still difficult. I never heard back and I assumed they didn’t hire me. About a month after they call me about my application and ask me some questions about me. Pretty easy. They mainly called asking for a “group” interview but it ended up being 1 on 1. That’s ok, I preferred it with less people since we’re in crazy times. They asked me the same questions but they wanted me to be more specific. The same day they told me I’d be a great fit, I didn’t want to bring my hopes up. A couple days later my email was filled with online documents and an offer letter. Easy and laid back you'll usually do it with another person who is also interviewing for the job. Pretty simple questions such as previous work history and how you deal with people in crowds which you will be dealing with a lot.

Question 1
Mostly how you deal with and overwhelming amount of people
The interview process was really nice & smooth. The HM not only shared the work life and company, but wanted to know more about me and my work. It was a very laid-back interview and kind-of informal, but in a relaxed way.

Asked basic questions like what you do in fast paced environment, availability, etc. Talked a lot about sales goals. Those are very important. Also what hobbies you like, where you’d thrive most. Was around 15 minutes.
